Terms And Conditions

Operation is by means of PIN and PASS – CODE, no CARD IS REQUIRED. The PIN and PASS-CODE are personal to the subcsriber. No official, agent, officer or employee of the Bank knows the PIN and PASS -CODE. It is therefore the responsibilty of the subscriber to ensure they are NOT divulged to anybody whatsoever. The PIN and PASS -CODE will be communicated in a sealed envelop. The subscrber can change the PASS - CODE without reference to the Bank. The user must notify the Bank immediatly he discovers the loss or theft of the PIN/PASS - CODE or that someone other that himself knows it. Notification must be duly acknowledged at the Branch where the user has his/her account. To download staements by Fax, the call must be made on a fax machine. Statement can be downloaded to the E-mail address maintained on the system only.
