Dr. Mojisola Olateru-Olagbegi is an Independent Non-Executive Director at Union Bank of Nigeria. She has over 20 years’ experience in information technology project and programme management, digital transformation and strategic consulting across Africa and North America.
Moji has led digital transformation projects and infrastructure design for clients in government, construction, oil and gas, education and financial services. Her work has delivered significant results including $1.5 million in cost savings and a $5 million revenue increase for a major revenue collection agency through systems optimisation across over 45 locations.
She has worked with several Fortune 500 companies. From July 2004 to 2009, she was IT Project Manager at Chrysler through Compuware Corporation, leading teams that developed and maintained customer and dealer-facing websites. From 2004 to 2005, she worked as Project Management Methodology Specialist at General Motors.
Between January 2010 and July 2015, Moji was Senior Project Management Consultant at Asherlogic, advising Nigeria’s Federal Ministry of Communications Technology. She set up the PMO, led e-government implementation, and developed ICT Professional Cadre Structures and training curriculum for over 800 federal government professionals. As National Coordinator for the World Bank Microworks project in Nigeria, she helped ~4,000 young people find work within the first six months. From June 2022 to December 2024, she was Programme Director at Flex Remit, where she defined IT governance strategies and led development of an international money transfers application whilst ensuring financial transaction security compliance. Chiamaka Ezenwa is an accomplished investment banker with over 18 years of experience across global and emerging markets, having held senior roles at institutions such as Morgan Stanley, FBN Merchant Bank, and Exotix Capital. Mr. Mohammed Balarabe is a highly experienced banker with over 30 years of expertise in managing regional and national banking operations across Nigeria. Mrs Oluyinka Abimbola Morgan is a versatile and accomplished professional with 39 years of experience in audit, banking, real estate, consulting, and entrepreneurship. As a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Accountants of Nigeria, Oluyinka has demonstrated her expertise in private banking, real estate investment, and wealth management. She served as the 2023 Chair of WIMBOARD, an initiative under WIMBIZ that empowers women in management, business, and public service by promoting diversity within boardrooms and providing training and resources to aspiring female board members.
