You can do a self-registration or visit any branch to register.

Self-registration:

  • Visit www.unionbankng.com from your browser
  • Click on “INTERNET BANKING”
  • Click Not Enrolled? Sign up now!
  • Input account number and click continue
  • Enter One Time Password (OTP) received via SMS
  • Choose username and password, confirm details and click submit
  • Login with your username and password

Branch Registration:

  • Visit any branch to register

Visit any Union Bank branch to get a transfer right and token.

How do I activate the soft token?

  • Download soft token from your play store & install it
  • Click “Enter activation data”
  • Input token serial no. and activation code received via SMS
  • Create password and Submit

How do I activate the hard token?

  • Go to Settings
  • Select activate token
  • Input token serial no.
  • Press the button to generate token code
  • Input the token code
  • Click submit

  • Enter new security word
  • Confirm new security word

What is my transaction limit?

  • Your default transfer limit is N250,000 daily.

How do I increase my transaction limit?

  • Click here to continue to your account
  • Go to self service
  • Select manage transfer limits
  • Click Edit
  • Input the desired limit (Max N5,000,000)
  • Input security word and token code
  • Click submit
  • Limit update successful
  • **For limit above N5,000,000 visit any Union Bank branch
